Flat out doesn't work. App won't even start.
Company is shutdown and app isn't working. Can we just drop this useless app from playstore?
Getting an error when trying to sign up
Doesnt even work. Unable to connect to host. Still selling feeders even tho company is shut down. Turning in to the BBB
App no longer works. Server connection issues.
The app no longer works and that defeats the purpose of the product. It used to be great and super convenient, but it seems the company no longer supports the app as it just says "Unable to resolve host. Please check your internet connection. Please try again." My internet connection is quick, stable, and has no problem with any other apps or devices of mine. I have emailed support to see if they can help. If they are able to, I'll gladly update this review.

Stupid product, stupid app. Really? I need to create an account to use a pet dish. Idk why my wife bought this. When the bowl is empty the cats will let you know. No need for an app to tell me that! What idiot invented this? I mean who asked for this? If I'm not home and the dish is empty, how can I fill it anyway? Hell when the dish is half full the cats start meowing to let us know they want more food. So if you bought this thing, you need to goto the corner and think about what you did.
